Job Posting Policy

Who May Post Jobs

Members of the Home Care & Hospice Alliance of Maine and other organizations may request to post job openings on the Alliance website. Provider Members may post jobs free of charge. Posting will stay on the website for 15 days. Associate Members are eligible for discounted rates. Only job listings placed by members will be posted to the website prior to payment being received. Listings from nonmembers will be held for posting until payment is received. Please call 207-213-6125 if you have questions regarding this policy.

Fees

Fees for job listings on this site vary depending on the length of time posted and membership status.

Alliance Provider Members
Per Job Posting: 15 days – No charge
*After 15 days – same rate as Associate Members will be applied.

Alliance Associate Members
Per Job Posting: 15 days – $50; 30 days – $75
*Yearly (up to 35 postings) $1,000

Non-Members
Per Job Posting: 15 days – $100; 30 days -$150
*Yearly (up to 35 postings) $2,000

How To Post

Submit your job posting information via email to: info@homecarealliance.org, and provide the following information:

  • Name of Agency
  • Agency Address
  • Job Title
  • Description of Position
  • Contact Name/Phone Number/Email Address

Provider Members: You will receive an email from the Alliance, with a copy of the listing, once the request has been approved and added to the Alliance website. Your job will be posted for 15 days free of charge. At the end of the 15 day period the posting will be removed from the website. If you wish to post your job for more than 15 days, your agency will be charged the fee as applied to Associate Members (see above).

Associate Members: You will receive an email from the Alliance, with a copy of the listing, once the request has been approved and added to the Alliance website. An invoice will be submitted to your company based on the number of days you opt to have your job listed on the Alliance website.

Non-Members: Payment must be received before your job listing can be added to the Alliance website. The Alliance will notify you of receipt of job listing request. After receiving the job listing request, the Alliance will hold the listing for only 14 days. Full payment must be received within 14 days of your being notified. Checks should be made payable to the Home Care & Hospice Alliance of Maine and mailed to: Home Care & Hospice Alliance of Maine, P.O. Box 227, 30 Association Drive, Manchester, Maine 04351-0227.
