Home Care Committee & Hospice Care Committee

invite you and your staff
for a discussion about the

Maine Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program

The Maine Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program is a non-profit agency whose mission is to advocate for quality of life and care for long-term care consumers.

Come learn more about their program serving consumers receiving home care services including homemaker, adult day and hospice. Ombudsman staff will share challenges they are seeing in our industry,  such as:

  • individuals aging out of home care services at age 18 then experiencing reductions in home care services
  • staffing issues,
  • home care service reductions; as well as
  • terminations and denials.

We will also discuss a collaborate approach to addressing this challenges to ensure the health, safety and overall wellbeing of our clients.

Please join us for a lively discussion with Brenda Gallant and her LTC Ombudsman Program team.
