Board of Directors Meeting
The Board of Directors of the ALLIANCE shall be comprised of:
A. One individual appointed by and representing each Medicare Certified Provider member of the ALLIANCE in good standing,
B. Two individuals who represent Licensed/Registered Provider members, with these individuals employed by separate Licensed/Registered Provider members in good standing.
C. One individual who represents Associate members, with this individual employed by an Associate member in good standing. The individual’s election shall be by a majority vote of the ALLIANCE members voting by ballot.
