Tuesday, December 14, 2021
10:00 - 11:00 am Live Webinar(being held in partnership with the Connecticut Association for Healthcare at Home)
Final Rule CY 2022 made significant changes to the PDGM Comorbidity Adjustment Subgroups. The increase of subgroups under the low adjustment has increased from 13 to 30 subgroups (57% increase) and the high comorbidity adjustment interactions increased from 31 to 87 subgroups (64% increase). What does this mean for coding? It means that many more codes could yield payment adjustments and coding needs to be accurate to receive appropriate reimbursement and avoid upcoding.
Be there to listen to practical advice and exercise your coding skills with Test Your Knowledge cases highlighting the changes.

Understand the coding changes for the low comorbidity subgroups
