The EVV requirement deadline for Home Health providers delivering services under Section 40 and for Hospice Services providers delivering services under Section 43 is January 1, 2023.  MaineCare staff will provide insight on specific issues that have caused claims to pend during the soft launch and what providers can do for the highest rate of success. While there will be ample time for Q&A, you are asked to include specific questions when registering to allow MaineCare to research and have answers available.
